NEED MULTIPLAYER GAME SERVERS IN THE MIDDLE EAST

please im a very desprate multiplayer gaming addict from saudi arabia,i used to play tribes & quake2 all the time when i was in the united states,but now im in big trouble because the fastest server i can find (for any game,including tribes2 demo and unreal tournament) is pinging more than 350+, WHICH IS UNPLAYABLE....
so please if you have a broad band connection((is there such a thing in the middle east??!?@?)) PLEASE PLEASE START A SERVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! ILL BE THE FIRST ONE WHO PLAYS ON IT!
