Open Paint Shop Pro 7. Click 'new image'. It can be any size. Mine will be 255 × 255. Background color is
white. Click the 'freehand' tool.Make sure in the 'tool options' it's point to point, feather is 0, and antialias is checked. Begin making long or short 'spikes' where ever you want them to
When you are finished making spikes and you have connected where you started and ended, right-click on your image. It should look something like below.
Now, click 'flood fill'.Choose the color you would like to use and fill in the form you made. Now click 'freehand' again and right-click on the form. The dotted lines will disappear. Now you should something like the image below.
There you go! You have your very own crystal to use.
than click on the 'Pattern' icon from the color bar, like showed below. 
). Now you should see a window pops up. Click on the drop down menu an you should see this. 
Then you click on custom and you'll see another window pop up, click on create and tada! you have just made a new brush!!! (you can find the brush all the way down, do don't panic if you don't see the brush).
