Cashu card; is it just me?

Greetings. Well, I've stopped using Cashu Mastercard because my US$ balance has lost 30$ for no reason! Now I use my real Credit card for FFXI.

I've checked my Cashu account and now it shows a question mark as my Mastercard Balance money. Like this one below. :l

So, this problem; is it only with my Mastercard account? Or Cashu.com has crashed or something?
Has any one experienced this problem with Cashu? :l

I'm lucky because my cashu-mastercard will expire next month, which means I didn't keep alot of money in it. But after seeing this; I won't use Cashu nor trust them anymore.... :l

I'll say it again; I've lost 30$ in my balance... and nothing about it is shown in the [View transactions] page. :l
