اقسام الهارديسك هل لها علاقه بعمل لينكس

السلام عليكم

في السابق ينصح بوضع لينكس في اول قسم في الهارديسك حتى تعمل LILO

الان في لينكس ماندريك 8 هل تحتاج لوضع قسم لينكس في اول قسم بالهارديسك حتى يعمل بشكل جيد ام اصدراة لينكس هذه تعمل في اي مكان بالهارديسك حتى لو كان ذو سعة كبيرة

يعني انا عندي 30 جيجا وقسم لينكس يأتي بعد 15 جيجا من اقسام ويندوز

هل له علاقه بأداء لينكس؟؟؟

بالعكس ... تثبيت Windows قبل Linux هي الطريقة المفضلة لان Windows لا يحب ان يكون في المركز الثاني !

عند تثبيت Linux يجب ان تضع LIlO - LInux LOader على MBR - Master Boot Record.

Okay, in case that didn't make sense. Installing Linux on any partition is not a problem, second, first, third, whatever. The problem is that Windows complains (depending on what version of windows too). To successfully do a dual boot, you have to tell it to put LILO in the master boot record (during your Linux install). Then, depending on your distribution (I'm not sure how Mandrake does it).. you MIGHT have to tell it about the Windows paritition.. Read the LILO documentation on http://www.linuxdoc.org

انا عارف انه علشان يشتغل نظامين لازم اسوي windows بالأول بعدين اسوي لينكس واحط LILO في
MBR

لاكن تحصل عندي مشاكل اثناء Linux Booting فهل تعتقد ان المشكله هذي لها علاقه بوضع LINUX في الجزء الاخير من الهاردسك

يعني مره يحمل ومره لا

Me too have HD 30 G and i use Win Me and RedHat 7.1...ofcourse win at the first partition and i put linux at the last partition ...with out any Problems ...i had make a small partition after C:\ about 20Mb Primary one then i make two partitions at the last (logical)Swap and Ext2 .....so i don't think that will make problem so you must seek for the resone of this problem ...i think if u put linux at last partition this not make Problems.....
