خائف على نفسي

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ..

لدي استفسار أتمنى أن تجاوبوني عليه ..

لاحظت منذ فترة أنني عندما أتحدث على نفس واحد ( بفتح الفاء ) أشعر كأني قلبي يتكهرب .. كأن هناك فيوزات تنشد .. (اسمحولي ما أعرف كيف أوصفها لكم بدقة )

والآن بدأت أحس بألم شبه دائم في موضع القلب وبعض المرات في عظمة الترقوة اليسرى ..

فهلا أجبتموني بكل سرعة لأني بدأت أقلق الحقيقة

?when do you have the pain

First I had this strange feeling that there is something being stretched and electrified in my heart area a while ago ... maybe a year ago ... I asked my sister , who is a nurse , If I should go to the hospital and use that scanner that they often use in movies ... you know the one that detects the patient's heart condition ... she smiled and said no need

I still can't determine when I have this pain exactly ...But nowadays It's almost all the time ..
I'm feeling it right now ...
I feel kind of weakness and numbness in my left side

what kind of activities do you do,,do you do any kind of sport
?if you do how often ??

I haven't done any kind of exercise for the last 5 years ...
But nowadays , I started playing football and rarely go to the GYM

what do you do to feel better

I don't feel better actually ...
I started feeling it all the time right now
And I'm scared that I would die in my sleep
because of a heart attack or something
I heared that there is a footballer who died of a heart attack and he was only 26

?what makes the pain worse

nothing ... It's the same feeling all the the time
But I'm afraid it will develop over time

Not that I know of

The pain , just lately ... maybe 2 or 3 months
but it became more regular these last weeks
I'm starting to really worry

No alhamdulilah
But , both my mom and dad has diabetes

do any of your family have problem with heart

Not that I know of

I'm 19 .. my height and weight I'm not sure exactly
maybe 177 cm and my weight is probably around 75 or 78

?did you have any infection recently

No ... I'm in malaysia where there is tons of mosquitos and strange insects ...
Which is also not far away from countries which suffers Bird flu

?what kind of job do you do

U mean beside throwing my phone number on hot chicks
just kidding
I'm still in my foundation year in university

?did you have any trauma recently any sport accident

not that I recall

?what do you think is wrong with you and why

I don't know ...
but
I'm thinking maybe its because I haven't practiced any sports for such a long time ..
when I touch my muscles I feel they are very very weak
and maybe something have gottin to my heart

However , It's now always my heart
sometime the I think it's the bones

you are in a semi perfect health
but to check out

i advice you to go to the hospital
and do ECG

just to check and feel better

actually there were more questions that i wanted to ask but since you are going to go to the hospital >>>>>>>i think no need

بالنسبة للاسئلة جلابيزايليد كانت بمحلها.........دكتورة رائعة
بالنسبة الك اخي
من خلال اجاباتك باعتقادي انه ما في شي بيخوف بس حتى الواحد يطمئن اكتر لازم تروح المستشفى وتعمل فحوصات واختبارات المجهود
وان شا الله ما بيكون في شي

بس ما بعرف اذا كان هادى الالم بيكون بس لما تبدذل مجهود وتلعب رياضة واذا كان اه فمتى بيروح

واذا كان هادى الالم بيجي وقت الراحة
ان شا الله ما بيكون في شي


بس لازم نستثني كل الاحتمالات
