Elvaan= Paladin/dragoon
Galka= Warrior/Drk
Tarutaru= All mages/Rng
humen= Anythings lol not the best for all the jobs but good
Galka = has good health to be warrior and be a drk for souleater
Elvaan = good Mnd and has a good mana and def and very good str
Mithra = DEX!!!!!/ AGi very good and normal health and mana
Tarutaru= very very good mana and very good agi
Humen = No comment ...

You cant really say that there is a "Best" race for a certain job...
I'm an Elvaan summoner level 75
True a taru can have more mp than I do, but here, let me tell you this
When i used to be around level 50, me and a hume, (even more hp than a taru) were duing in ifrit's caledurn what ever the name is, what do u know, by mistake the bomb executed Self-Destruct, me and my friend hume from full HP got around 500-600 dmg, ofcourse the hume died and i lived, so, u cant really say there is a best race for a job. what really matter is, if you really know how to play the job!
