Movies Marketplace

I had a PAL console and it got damaged with the three red lights error. So, I bought onother console but this time was a NTSC. I expected to be able to download HD movies from Xbox Live Marketplace with NTSC system but unfortunately I couldn't. My friend has the same NTSC system and i can see the link to download HD TV Series & movies in the Marketplace interface which is not the case in mine. I am from Kuwait and I am using the old hard desck from the Pal System. Any one could help me please.

yes because your email and live account has to be registered as USA

maybe because u own a none-updeted Xbox , or your account is PAL ,
there are some items that u can find them in all market places
for ex. Japanese market place u will find more than 20 Jap Games demo
but if u search for them in the US market place u will not find them , what ever
Sign up for a new gamer tag , forget this gamer tag , I hope u dont have a good game score
because u will lose every thing ...

if u are using your old HDD, thats mean your gamer tag saved on it , delete it , sign up
for a new 1 and select US , and your problem will solve , See u on Xbox live soon ....Bye Bye

Make a New Account to USA
because ur old account is from out side the us
