Hello,
If you want to learn english, you should be ready to spend time on it, work hard and be patient.

The first thing you need to learn English is vocabulary.
If you know your vocabulary, you would be able to understand a lot of English even if you don't know the grammar.

Also, you need to read and listen to a lot of English. Basically the idea is that when you get used to English from listening and reading, you will be able to form your own sentences. As for hearing, start by watching a lot of movies without translations. Listen to English speaking radio channels. Read as much as you can; newspapers, magazines, short stories and English websites... Basically whatever English you can get.

If you want to get the TOEFL, you will need to work harder than that. If you're in high school, find that dusty book of yours
and start using it . After a while, go to an English course and try your best to learn.
Finally, in order to be to be a good writer, you need to read more, have good grammar and practice writing.

Remember: No one can teach you English except yourself

would you realy want to learn english?
go and find english man or english teacher and ask him or her to live with and what ever what happen don't ever never speak in arabic or another but english and try to live and think as an english person and if you found any problem try to express by acting
or you have tot travel to uk or us to learn english

Furthermore what people adviced you I suggest to you to get arabic text (lyrics,poem,story...whatever) and translate it for English or backwarldy(from English to Arabic) and I'm sure for that you'll imprive your English so fast.
