نود اعلامكم بانه بمشيئة الله ستقام بطولة Warcraft 3 DotA في مدينة الرياض في مقهى جيمز ارينا الواقع في حي الورود ونود اعلامكم ان البطولة نظمت كالتالي:

1- مدة البطولة من يوم الى 3 أيام .
2- سوف تقام البطولة في يوم الاربعاء الموافق 18/2/2009
3- يجب تسجيل اسم الفريق، و جميع الأعضاء باسمائهم ,لكل لاعب وعدد اللاعبين 5 اساسين و 2 احتياط
4- لا يسمح بتسجيل اي لاعب في اكثر من فريق .
5- بدون رسوم اشتراك
6- اخر موعد للتسجيل يوم الاربعاء بعد صلاة العصر الموافق 18/2/2009

قوانين البطولة

Format and Rules

General

• Competition Method: 5 v 5
• Game Version: DotA Allstars v6.57b –CM, Patch 1.22
  
  • Match Length: Until a winner is decided
  • Match Winner: A match is won if the opponents ancient is destroyed, or if two or more members of the opposing team leave the game.
• All appeals of rules violation must be supported with replay and/or screenshots indicating the offensive actions. Its the appealers responsibility to provide the evidences. All appeals without evidences will not be entertained.
• All players who signed up in this tournament are expected to read, understand and respect these rules. Players who signed up also agrees that the admins decisions are final and cannot be disputed. Admins reserve the rights to modify the rules whenever the situation arises.
• Act mature and mannered in-game. Offending the administration and/or participants of this tournament will result in punishments and might lead to a complete ban from the tournament.
• It is not allowed to make changes to the rules even if agreeing with your opponent. If in doubt consult an admin.
• If a problem arises, then the teamleaders, or one designated player representing the teamleader will solve the problem together with the administration of the tournament. This counts as well for Coin Flips.

Penalties:
Player punishment
Team punishment
Warning - a player is being warned for abusive behavior or breach of game rules. A player can only receive one warning.
Warning - the team is being warned for a minor violation. A team can only receive one warning.
Punishment - A player is being banned from 1/more/all following matches in this tournament.
Punishment/Warning - A team will, after the oposing teams and admins consideration, receive a forfeit loss and a possible warning from the following tournament.
Ban – A player would get banned from the next tournaments.
Ban – A team would get banned from the next tournaments.

Tournament format:
· The Winner Bracket finals will be held in a bo3 – double elimination match format and the Lower Bracket finals will be held in a Bo1 - single elimination match format.
· Grand finals will be Bo5, the team which comes from the Winner Bracket starts with an 1-0 advantage.
Forfeits

• The tournament administration will try to prevent forfeits at all means possible according with the rules.
• In case a team forfeits a match, the match will end with a defwin for the opposing team.

During the match

• In case of dispute, pause the game and contact admins.

• A team must attend with minimum 5 players in the team roster.
• A player is bound to one team throughout the whole tournament period. Playing for other teams will result in severe punishment both to the player and the teams.

Game Settings

• Game Mode: Captain Mode (-cm mode will be typed in-game)
• Hero pool: All heroes.

· Teams will decide which claims first pick or sides pick. If the teams are not able to decide who has firstpick/sidepick, they can keep it randomed. Both teams will take out 4 heroes from the pool of heroes when drafting starts. This will work based on a 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 format.

2. Team two will take out / skip the chance : 1 hero
3. Team one will take out / skip the chance : 1 hero
4. Team two will take out / skip the chance : 1 hero
5. Team one will take out / skip the chance : 1 hero
6. Team two will take out / skip the chance : 1 hero
7. Team one will take out / skip the chance : 1 hero
8. Team two will take out / skip the chance : 1 hero

• A maximum of 8 heroes can be taken out. After the taking out draft finishes , teams will proceed to pick the heroes for the game.
• Picking heroes: 122221

1. Team one will pick: 1 hero
2. Team two will pick: 2 heroes
3. Team one will pick: 2 heroes
4. Team two will pick: 2 heroes
5. Team one will pick: 2 heroes
6. Team two will pick: 1 hero
Bugs and restrictions

• Creep skipping is not allowed, meaning you may not attack the enemies building without creep support. If you reached the building with creeps you are though allowed to continue attacking it even if the creeps are killed. If you reached the opponents base together with allied creeps, you may attack all buildings, and you do not have to cancel your attack if your creeps have been killed.

    • Each team may only have two Necronomicon
    • Each team may only have one Arcane Ring
    • Each team may only have two Guinsoo's Scythe
    • Each team may only have one Eul's Scepter of Divinity
  • It is not allowed to block creeps with the help of spells, such as fissure, sprout etc. it is only allowed to use the hero model to intercept with creeps
  
  

Administration
The administration is there to plan, guarantee and maintain a fair run of the tournament. In case of a dispute, the administration will take the case with both team leaders.

Please keep in mind that the admins of this tournament are working on a voluntary basis. Abusive and disrespectful behavior towards admins and other participants will be punished with all severity.
