كثرت الاسئلة في المنتدى عن طريقة حل هذه المشكلة و الحل انا جايبه لكم من الموقع الرسمي

باختصار المشكلة تكمن في ان برنامج بليزارد داونلودر يحتاج للوصول الى الانترنت عن طريقت بورتين رئيسيين و هم 3724 و 6112 ،، او 6881 و 6999 حسب نظام التشغيل و برنامج جدار الحماية المستخدمA software firewall is an application installed on the computer or provided by the Operating System that actively blocks communication between the computer and the internet. The Blizzard Downloader requires that ports 3724 and 6112 be open. It can also benefit from having ports 6881 through 6999 open. Important note: Modifying your firewall settings may reduce the security of the computer it affects. Blizzard offers setup guides for the following popular firewalls.
و بما ان معظم الاجهزة لا تستخدم هذه البورتات فعليا و كون بليزارد داونلودر يعتبر هو البرنامج الوحيد او الاول الذي يحاول الوصول الى الانترنت عن طريق هذا البورت فان بعض برامج الحماية تعتبرها محاولة لاختراق الجهاز و تصنف البرنامج بانه باكدور او تروجون
و لذلك يتم اغلاق البورت مما يعني قطع التحميل او حذف الملف مما يلغي عملية التنصيب ..
و في ما يلي اليكم انواع البرامج و طرق توليفها يدويا ..
