In order to recover your World of Warcraft account, you will need to call in. Billing representatives are on hand to take your call Monday through Friday between 8am and 8pm Pacific Time, at 1-800-59-BLIZZARD (800-592-5499). Customers in Australia should call 1-800-041-378. In order to make the call go as smoothly as possible, I invite you to make a Battle.Net account before you call. For your security, after we disassociate a World of Warcraft account, we recommend for it to be associated (or "merged") with a Battle.net account registered to the individual who originally created the World of Warcraft account. If you have not already created a Battle.net account, please follow the steps below:
a.) Go to the following website:

b.) Click the Sign up now! link.
c.) Complete the Battle.net account-creation process, being sure to follow the instructions carefully and enter accurate information.
After you do that, call in and provide your account name as well as your Battle.Net account name; this will let the rep merge your World of Warcraft account with your Battle.Net account.
