the structure for patch command is patch= placetopatch,cpucore,address,type,data
placetopatch = when to add the patch
0 ->is used when patch apply at the startup
cpucore = in which cpu
EE -> is used for patching EE memory
IOP ->is used for patching IOP memory
address = the address that is used for patching
type = the type of the written data
WORD -> 32bit
byte -> 8bit
data = the data to be written
example: patch 0,EE,12345678,byte,1
