انا نزلت لعبه راجناروك اون لاين مع الأبديت
وركبتها بالجهاز
جيت بشغلها لما اضغط ستارت جيم
يعاد تشغيل الكمبيوتر وبس
وش المشكله

FAQ

1. There is no 3d card installed in my PC. Can I still play Ragnarok?
2. When I run Ragnarok, it seems like I am almost connected to
the server then I suddenly get kicked out!
3. When I try to execute the Chaos icon(shorcut for the Ragexe.exe file),
I get a 'Run Ragnarok.exe' message.
4. Everytime when I run the game, I get an error message and the game
won't start.
5. I would like to know the minimum system requirements for Ragnarok.
6. The background of the game is shown in all blurry white color only
and I cannot see graphics either.
7. When I connect to the game all I can see is a black screen.
8. The background scenes come out as a purplish squares!
9. If I rotate the camera or load a new area in a certain screen,
the game gets crashed and automatically booted to the windows!
10. I would like to get the recent driver for each 3d card.

1. I do not have a DirectX,can I play Ragnarok?

The background of Ragnarok is all in 3D. Therefore, if you do
not have a 3D card, or if your 3D card cannot run the recent Direct X file,
then you cannot play Ragnarok.

2. When I run Ragnarok, it seems like I am almost connected to the
server then I get kicked out!

It seems like the user's 3D card is not corresponding with the game, or the
user's Window registry is causing problems. Please download the newest
driver for your 3d Card and check if your 3D card corresponds with the game.
If it is the problem with Window registry, check your computer and see if you're
running any program that conflicts with Ragnarok online files.

3. When I try to execute the Ragexe.exe file, I get 'Run Ragnarok.exe'
message.

Ragnarok's executable file is indicated by Keias' face icon. If it's your first time
playing the game, execute setup.exe before you play the game. If it is your
second time playing ragnarok, please execute the ragnarok.exe file.

4. When I run the game, I get an error message and the game will
not start.

This happens when the user did not install the most recent version of Direct X
or Direct X has not been installed properly on the computer. It goes same for
the error message consisted of 'DINPUT8.DLL cannot be found in this machine'.
Please reinstall Direct X.
