There is three way to find what the word means in English

First: You can guess the meaning from the sentence like that

I went to the market and I bought some games.If you don't what market means you can do like that

Market comes after the verb went so it must be a place

And the verb bought come after it so the final meaning will be

Market: place where you can buy or sell things

And this the best way

Second: You can look for the word in the English- English dictionary

Market: A public gathering held for buying and selling merchandise

Third: if the last ways did not help you, you can look in the English- Arabic dictionary

Market: محل أو متجر
