Need to 'rip' a picture

Can someone tell me how to get the image of the person on the right of this site?
Here's the image, as you can see it's divided into 2 parts; upper which has the handle of the sword & the rest of hair, and the bottom part which has the full body of the character. I wanna know how to get HIS full picture.

So in short; I want to get Awakened Kaede's pic for use in a sig/design, etc.
