TAKE THE COMPLEXITY OUT OF YOUR COMPANY
1- Why is it complex?
Most of the complexity is unexpected, unconscious and unintended.

2- What are some of the behaviors that cause complexity that we are not aware of?
In fact, there are four sources of complexity in an organization.

A- When the manager creates different units, locations, a lot of layers and a lot of different management.

B- Product management.
Adding new product and more new products or design the product in different way that a customer not feel comfort with.

C- Processes.
This like when the company adds a new technology in a product line but they do not update the way they finalize the product with the new technology.

D- Management behavior.
It is the way manager gives orders, assignments and ask people to do something for him\her. In other word, it is the way the manager communicates with his\her employees.






3- How can we change our complexity behaviors?
A- In the first place you have to admit that you are causing complexity in your company.


B- Take a deep look at your behavior. How you manage, lead people? Moreover, how you give people assignment and communicate with them.


C- Get some help from colleagues to get over this complexity.
